Infrastructure Improvements

Sooke is a commuter town to the larger communities of Langford and Victoria.  Highway 14 is the main artery connecting Sooke to the city and has long been item of concern for those looking to call Sooke home.  The BC Government has embarked on a multiphase project to address this, the next phase being an $85 Million upgrade.  As the commute becomes safer and shorter, Sooke home prices will continue to inch closer to the much higher prices seen in Langford.
