Sari Ringma - Design Marketing and Sales
Sari completed 6 years of full time post secondary education throughout Western Canada as she lived in various cities across Canada. She focused on a career in Social Services and had a successful 20 year career in the Social Services field.
Sari’s most recent position (in the Social Services field) was as Director of Residential Services with Integra Support Services in Victoria BC. Her tasks included overseeing the day to day function of 12 residential care facilities, ensuring the safety & security of the residents, overseeing the program managers of each residence, budgeting, repairs, scheduling, and education.
In 2018, Sari left this role behind to allow a full time focus on her passion of Real Estate Investing and becoming a Full-time Realtor.
Sari prides herself in providing quality real estate services to clients in the Victoria & South Vancouver Island area.
Kris Bucci - Project Manager
Kris retired after 22yrs in the Navy in the summer of 2019 to become a full-time Real Estate Investor. During the last 10yrs in the Navy, Kris spent much of his time in project management and planning. His responsibilities included personnel, budget and information management, planning multi-nation operations and creating a new organization. These skills have transferred extremely well into his new career.
During the past year Kris has completed a strata conversion and the construction of 3 single family homes in and around Sooke B.C. During this time he found his new passion for the construction industry and looks forward to tackling this project with the same precision required during his Naval Career.
Laurie May Peroff - Financial Manager
To say that Laurie May is an active real estate investor would be an understatement. She holds a diverse portfolio which includes buy and hold rental properties, rent-to-own, land development and private lending.
Laurie May especially enjoys land development projects and has been an active investor since 2014. By 2017, she started Sweet Suite Home Builds and began raising capital and partnering/investing with land developers and home renovators. Since inception Sweet Suite Home Builds has raised over $9,000,000, and is currently involved in an assortment of projects in 4 different provinces with a conservative worth of over $40 million.
